Such An AMAZING Week!‏

(A/N: Hey everyone, it's Alejandra here! I hope everyone had a great Monday! Here's an update from Hermana Ramos-Escobar in the mission field!)

This week was AMAZING!!!!

Jesus' family is getting baptized! :) I can't remember if I've informed all of you about them. A week or two before Jesus got baptized, we started teaching his family: his mom Georgia, Sebastian and Monse! Monse has been wanting to get baptized ever since she saw Jesus get in the water (she's 8). Sebastian has been a little more quiet about it, but still accepted. And Georgia has been looking for more faith. She was very religious before and would always read her scriptures but a number of things happened that slowly pulled her away. When Jesus first told her that he was going to get baptized, she was a little hesitant, but as we taught her, everything was fine! Last Monday, once our preparation day was over we went over to visit them and extended the baptismal invitation for May 10th! They accepted and they are so ready for it!

Later through the week, Sister Simonsen went to go visit them (we were on exchanges so I wasn't able to go) and they mentioned that some close friends were not going to be in town for the 10th and so invited her to be baptized the 3rd of May and she said that she was going to pray about it and we will be going over today to set the final date!

So much happened this week and I don't have enough time!!

We had Zone Conference this week which was completely AMAZING! We had President interviews! I love President Clark so much! He's the best!

We also had the best tacos I have EVER had in my whole life!!

Best tacos EVER!

We also went to a funeral on Friday...I am very thankful to have the gospel in my life and to have the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation.

(A/N: Here are some silly photos that she sent to kind of lighten the mood I guess)

I had the funnest time with this sucker!!!

On exchanges with Sister Lewis!! I love her so much!!

Second funeral with Hermana Simonsen
